Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms cover Aventum's websites and One, the CRM and back office we provide to home service businesses. By using them, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@goaventum.com.

The service

One helps a business answer leads, draft estimates, schedule jobs, send texts and manage reviews. Drafts made by One's assistant are suggestions: the business approves prices and appointment times before customers receive them, and is responsible for what it sends.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Connected services

If you connect Google or other services, their own terms also apply. You can disconnect them at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data from connected services.

Your data

Your business's data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can ask for a copy or for deletion.

Fees

Fees are set in your agreement with Aventum. Text, call and other usage costs may be passed through as agreed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep One available and reliable, but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Aventum isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending service

Either side can end service as set out in your agreement. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After service ends, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here and change the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
